 Phillips Homes of Hardin County is a home builder that develops from pasture to pavement. Every phase from subdivision site development through final touches in your new home is either completed or directly supervised by a member of the Phillips Team. Quality at a reasonable price is our company philosophy. We are continually researching and testing new products which will make your new home more comfortable, durable and energy efficient. We currently have three subdivisions in various stages of completion. All have homes available for immediate occupancy or homes which can be customized to your specifications.
Jerry Phillips, President of Phillips Homes has been involved with homebuilding his entire life.
His father, Donald, started building homes in 1962. Jerry is committed to total customer satisfaction
and believes a homeowner’s problem is his problem. Jerry is the past President of the Lincoln Trail Homebuilders
Association. Jerry has been married to his wife, Debbie, since 1977. They have four children, all who are involved
with Phillips Homes. Debbie Phillips, Vice President of Phillips Homes, also serves as comptroller and office manager.
Debbie and Jerry formed Phillips Homes in 1979. Together, they have built the business from the ground up.
